What are the symptoms of Hypertension ?

Most people with high blood pressure have no signs or symptoms headaches, dizziness or nosebleeds are common warning signs of high blood pressure.

Other conditions that can lead to uncontrolled high blood pressure cause the following symptoms:

• my blood pressure vary between 160-140 /110-90 my age is 48 and weight is 76kg how can i lower it

• i had my blood pressure taken today at 124/76. does that mean i have prehypertension? should i work to get it down? i run 3-5 miles per day so i dont think its due to lack of exercise.
