What are the symptoms of Hypertension ?

Most people with high blood pressure have no signs or symptoms headaches, dizziness or nosebleeds are common warning signs of high blood pressure.

Other conditions that can lead to uncontrolled high blood pressure cause the following symptoms:

  Excessive perspiration

  Muscle cramps

  Weakness

  Frequent urination

  Rapid or irregular heartbeat (palpitations)

Healthy lifestyle > drugs. A good diet, daily exercise, etc. can make wonders. Also, keep track of your blood pressure. http://bp-chart.com (blood pressure chart) is good for that.

Hi, I am 29 years old. My BP is 145/80, is it high blood pressure. Is it neccesary to take medication.

I Am 21 And I Am In Iraq I Almost Passed Out Today And I Am Having Blood Pressure Issues Today’s Reading Was 240/135 I Am On Blood Pressure Medicine Nothing Is Helping?

what care to be taken to avoid stroke and is it caused due to hypertension. Can people having stroke get back to normal.

An "ischemic" stroke is an interruption of blood flow to the brain. An "hemorrhagic" stroke is when a blood vessel "breaks" or ruptures. I know, i suffered a hemorrhagic stroke in 2007 and have recovered completely. It was caused by hypertension, compounded by UARS, a sleep disorder. Yes, you CAN get back to normal, but 80% of people who suffer hemorrhagic strokes DIE! I wouldn't count on the recovery that I have had.

Immediatly consult a Neprologist. Serum Creatine should not go beyond 1. Check your kidney function.

my blood pressure, upon waking is 160/90, after I move around a little it jumps to 180/102, I am only 31 and weigh 110, any suggestions?

My blood pressure vary between 125-135/86-90. I am 50. My weight is 73kg. Should I take medicines ? or how can I lower it by any other ways ?
