Head Ache in Children

Introduction
Headache is a common problem in paediatrics. Depending on the etiology and intensity, headache has an effect on the child’s academic performance, memory, personality and interpersonal relationship as well as on school attendance.


A headache may occasionally indicate a serious underlying condition such as brain tumor, and thus careful evaluation of children with recurrent, severe or unconventional headaches is mandatory.
